Privacy policy

Upsster Labs EOOD (Ъпстер Лабс ЕООД), UIC 207296461, VAT BG207296461, 47 Porto Lagos St, fl. 2, 4003 Plovdiv, Bulgaria is the controller of the personal data described here. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.

What we collect

Your design (place, date, time and text), and, when you order, your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. While you design, your choices are saved only in your own browser.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments and order records), Gelato (printing and delivery of physical orders, which receives your name, delivery address, email and phone) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms. We do not sell your data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires (generally 10 years in Bulgaria). Design data in your browser stays until you clear it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@underthatsky.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local authority.
